The Harrow Road project, delivered for Westminster Community Homes with Helix Construction as the main contractor, comprises 15 new flats in North Kensington.
The development focuses on energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and compliance with modern building standards.
The mechanical scope includes the design, supply, and installation of Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) providing heating and hot water via underfloor heating throughout each flat. Each dwelling is also equipped with an MVHR system incorporating a cooling module to prevent overheating and maintain comfortable internal conditions.
For fire safety, the scheme includes a Category 3 sprinkler system and one dry riser, ensuring compliance with fire protection requirements.
