The Hexham Road project in Reading is being delivered for Reading Borough Council with Morgan Sindall as the main contractor.
The scheme comprises 42 Passivhaus-standard properties along with a dedicated PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) space on the ground floor, focusing on exceptional energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
Each dwelling is equipped with a Nilan Compact PXL unit, providing integrated heating, cooling, and ventilation to meet Passivhaus requirements and maintain optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.
