The Ryegrass project in Woodstock is being delivered for Oxfordshire County Council with Feltham Construction as the main contractor.
The development comprises 37 residential plots, designed to achieve high standards of energy efficiency and acoustic performance.
Each property is equipped with an individual Worcester Bosch 5800 Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), selected specifically to address acoustic considerations while providing efficient heating and hot water. Ventilation throughout the homes is achieved via Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (DMEV) systems, ensuring adequate air exchange and compliance with ventilation standards.
The scheme also includes two dry risers to support fire safety and regulatory compliance.
