The Dappletree Court project is a 57-bed Extra Care scheme delivered for Greatwell Homes, with Deeley Construction as the main contractor. The development provides high-quality, energy-efficient accommodation designed to promote resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
The mechanical services package includes Dimplex Edel EAHP (Exhaust Air Heat Pump) units to each apartment, providing efficient heating and domestic hot water generation. Each dwelling also features a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system to ensure continuous fresh air supply and enhanced energy performance.
Fire protection is provided through a Category 3 sprinkler system serving both the apartments and communal areas. The communal spaces are also equipped with heat recovery air conditioning systems to maintain comfortable internal conditions throughout the year.
