The Our Lady Of Peace project is a school refurbishment delivered in partnership with Feltham Construction. The scheme involves the transformation of an existing primary school into a specialist SEND facility, designed to meet the needs of students with special educational requirements through improved comfort, safety, and functionality.
The mechanical service package includes the installation of air conditioning systems providing anti-ligature heating and cooling to all classrooms, ensuring a safe and controllable environment for pupils and staff. The project also includes the construction and fit-out of four new bathroom blocks, designed to meet accessibility and hygiene standards.
In addition, the main sports hall has been upgraded with LST (Low Surface Temperature) radiator covers, enhancing both safety and thermal comfort within the space.
