Since our establishment in 1996, we have successfully delivered mechanical works on more than 300 residential projects across the UK. With an average project value of around £950,000, some developments reach up to £1.7 million.

Care Homes
Our company delivers a minimum of five care home and assisted living complexes annually, with an average project value of approximately £1.3 million. Each development typically progresses over a 10–14 month period from commencement to completion. We work in close collaboration with care providers to develop and implement cost‑effective, energy‑efficient mechanical solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and sustainability. Our extensive experience enables us to consistently deliver projects of exceptional quality, on schedule and within budget.
